PURCHASE & AFTER SALES POLICY

Contact Us
  • Please contact us by email only, messages on social media platforms can easily get lost due to high volume. We aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours. Check your junk or spam for replies.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Order Cancellation
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. 

Shipping Address
  • Once a parcel has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified. If you realise there's an error in your address after placing your order, please email us immediately.

  • Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate and complete when you place your order.

  • If delivery fails due to inaccurate or incomplete address information or because the delivery person cannot access the property, you will need to contact the local courier directly.

  • If the parcel is returned to us due to an address issue, we will re-ship the order. The fee will be covered by the buyer.

Shipping Address
  • Shipping addresses will be reviewed before dispatch.

  • If the address is incorrect or incomplete, we will email you for confirmation.

​

  • If you do not respond within 3 days, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Lost Parcels
  • If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or a full refund.

  • If tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered and proof of delivery has been provided but you have not received it, we will help you resolve the issue with your courier service. Alternatively, you can go directly to your courier service for help.

ORDER NOTES

Personal Preferences
  • We don't currently offer a personal preferences service (for example favourite colour or character).

​

  • You can leave a note if you are buying as a gift for someone else. Please let us know if you would like us to mention who the gift is for (for example their name/ relation to you) in the video.

​

  • If you purchase a video and would like us to tag you, leave your social media handle in the order notes.

​

  • If you forget to leave an order note at checkout, you can email us any specifications within 24 hours of placing your order.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

  • Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to the address you provide at checkout. This email includes details such as purchased items, shipping address, email, phone number, and any notes. 

​

  • Please check and confirm that all information is correct and let us know if you find any errors within 2 hours via email. 

​

  • Once the parcel is shipped we cannot change the address, contact information, or any notes. 

​

  • Any delivery issues caused by incorrect contact details, missing notes or wrong product selection during checkout are the buyers responsibility. 

​

  • If you don't receive a confirmation email please check your spam or junk folder. If it is still not found, please contact us to verify your details.

ONE BOX PER ORDER

  • Orders are packed into one box by default. If you order multiple scoops and want them packed in separate boxes, please make that clear in your order note.
